An efficient availability of site-specific information, access maps and routeings has become a standard offer on the Internet. Providing maps and routeings on the Internet in an inexpensive and intelligent way is successfully achieved by using our geo-server internet visor.
Put your dynamically generated access maps or site maps on the World Wide Web. Every location in Germany will be automatically geocoded and displayed on the maps. All in all, several thousands of street maps (which also include cities all across Europe) are already available. Moreover, we offer a large number of add-ons and options which assist you in redesigning your Internet presence successfully

Functions
internet visor forms the heart of our geo-server. It is an application server that works with Enterprise JavaBeans technology. Using servlets or JavaServer Pages offers a high degree of flexibility, and applying JavaScript makes it possible to include new features.
internet visor runs on all common operating systems like e.g. Linux, Sun Solaris, HP-UX, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista. The program is available in two editions. The standard version contains the following functions and features
- navigation free of sheet lines into 8 different directions covering the whole area of the displayed map
- exact positions are kept even when you change between maps by zooming in/out, directly selecting scales or clicking into the map
- size of the map segment is variable and can also be defined by the user if necessary
- direct access to coordinates in any scale
- position window
- display of icons, circles etc. in order to mark a position on the map
- search and display of separate database objects, e.g. streets (requires a database module)

- hybrid use of raster and vector data
- dynamic lightening up or toning down of raster maps
- simultaneous display of different icons or vector objects
- layer management for individual showing/hiding of vectors
